This morning, Beyoncé surprised the Today show audience by dropping by while Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford were interviewing her mom, and Hota Kotb lost her shit. Really. The clip pretty much speaks for itself, but I'd like to point out that the Dalai Lama was on Today once, and Hoda didn't so much as blink. But then, you know, the DL isn't much of a singer.
