The Hoff is referring to the fact -- the FACT -- that he spent hours today standing on an overpass on highway 101 just waving to traffic. (Leann Rimes was fortunate enough to pass him at his post, and she tweeted it.) One more time, people:
He was standing on the side of the highway waving to traffic. Oh, and evidently he also decided he was a pine tree. Look, Hasselhoff, DO NOT make me feel bad for you. Please. I can't handle the burden.
