Who Let Biden Out Of The Basement?

No matter what your political affiliation, it's hard to argue that Joe Biden is not the funniest mofo around. Unintentionally, of course. In fact, JBi busts me up so much that I can't even get offended at his marginally creepy, certainly inappropriate, sadly patriarchal greeting seen in the video above. Keep in mind, Biden is greeting the families of new senators in this clip. And clearly our boy Joe only has a few lines in his repertoire, because he worked the shiz out of this one. Oh Joe, you're such a card. "Mommy, Mr. Biden makes me feel funny..."
